This is where I come in with my thoughts on the scenario.
You choose a targeted audience
Choose a budget and how many days you want the ad to run for.
Get the Ad approved
The ad shows to your potential buyers
People click the ad (great, now go to Step 6a)
People don’t click the ad (Don’t worry, just go to Step 6b)
This is where everything changes
For those that click the post, the following happens:
Facebook captures a pixel from your website or tags the action taker as interested in your offer (a warm lead)
Facebook shows this ad frequently when the person opens their Facebook Account.
They will repeat this until your ad stops.
Let’s look at what happens if a person doesn’t click on an ad first time.
Facebook can’t track whether the person likes the product. They throw them back into the pot and start the process again, but the chances of them seeing the ad again reduces until it never gets shown.
I don’t know how many times they will show the ad but the likelihood is that it is only 7 times.
